Precautions for silicone sealant during curing

After the application of acid adhesive sealant, during the curing process, gas containing acetic acid will be released, which is easy to smell because it is very pungent. Silicone sealant precipitates non acidic products during the curing process, with neutral components and a very small taste. After the glass adhesive has solidified, the taste of acidic glass adhesive can remain for a long time, even up to three or four months; "After curing, the neutral glass adhesive does not smell at all.". The use of the two types of glass glue during decoration is also different. Acid glass adhesive can corrode metals, even various types of stone containing metal ions, due to the release of acetic acid.

In today's various handicrafts, it can be said that there are many opportunities to use various adhesive products. Moreover, in other aspects of our lives and production, adhesives such as silicone copper sealant will have a relatively large space for use. However, when we use it, be careful not to splash it onto the eyes or get it on the skin.

Curtain wall structural adhesive is used to seal various joints or holes in buildings to prevent the penetration of gases, liquids, and solids, and to prevent structural materials from being damaged during structural displacement, thereby playing the functions of heat preservation, sound insulation, water proofing, dust prevention, gas prevention, fire prevention, corrosion prevention, shock absorption, and preventing the accumulation of foreign materials at joints. The structural materials referred to herein are materials used to manufacture load-bearing components based on mechanical properties. Of course, structural materials also have certain requirements for physical or chemical properties, such as gloss, thermal conductivity, radiation resistance, corrosion resistance, and oxidation resistance. The main structural materials in construction engineering include reinforced cement, sand, gravel, etc.

High quality adhesive sealant products: With high elasticity, high toughness, high tensile strength, high adhesion, adhesive strength, and other properties, the encapsulated product can withstand various outdoor environmental tests. After a year or two or more, it can maintain very stable performance, and it is found that the change in glue shrinkage is very small. Of course, there are also special requirements for high-end performance, which include matte, thermal conductivity, and flame retardant properties.
